Monday I got out the flannel boards for family home evening. Charlotte and Isaiah each have one, and had a lovely time arranging fuzzy cutouts of biblical people, ships, household pets, and random items like cars, tv sets, rakes, and the occasional bowl of fruit. I enjoyed slowing down for a few minutes and watching their careful concentration and adorable little hands.
