"In words, like weeds, I'll wrap me o'er,
Like coarsest clothes against the cold"

I boiled two dozen eggs this year and Isaiah and I spent Friday afternoon dipping them in dyes and rolling them in glitter. Isaiah made his own special orange egg with a smiley face, and then he dropped it on the ground and cried about it cracking. So he made another orange egg and I wrote his name on it. He also helped me make springtime treats for my cousin Lynnette and her kids, since it was piano lesson day. We made birds’ nests out of rice crispy treats with chow mein noodles, then added jelly beans for eggs. They were a hit!
