"In words, like weeds, I'll wrap me o'er,
Like coarsest clothes against the cold"

Today and yesterday I thoroughly enjoyed General Conference. I'd be hard pressed to tell you what my favorite talk was, although I loved the many remarks on parenting with patience and discipline by teaching. Sister Stevens told us that like the Savior instructed, we should "behold" our children, and look to them as examples. I also loved Elder Bednar's talk about receiving and recognizing light and revelation. I love that he said, "Don't overlook simple, spiritual impressions that come incrementally. We may not see angels or have a multitude of absolute assurances, but as we keep trying and honor our covenants, God will guide our steps."
