"In words, like weeds, I'll wrap me o'er,
Like coarsest clothes against the cold"

Tuesday morning I took Isaiah to kindergarten registration. Such a milestone for us! I almost cried when I turned in the paperwork. The office ladies chuckled and reassured me by saying, “Oh, you have all summer to spend together.” Then we wandered down the school hallways and gave ourselves a tour of the library and the kindergarten classrooms. Isaiah was thrilled. “Which classroom is mine? Can I check out books from here? Will I get a locker?” Hopefully more of these questions will be answered on the back to school night in August. Until then, Isaiah thrilled at the idea of a whole new place and fun experiences opening up to him. I held his hand so tightly as we walked back to our car.
