In the evening on Saturday, Stella said she had summer apples ready, would I like to make applesauce at home? I'd love to! Seth helped me pick apples, and then we wandered the garden and flowerbeds and sat on the grass and visited with Caleb and Billie Jo. Isaiah climbed the gate and Charlotte tried to touch all of the sprinkler heads and chased after the dog. I love summer evenings, especially when the weather is so perfect.

If it's all oranges in California, it must be all summer apples in Idaho :) Makes me want to visit :)
