Today we celebrated Easter. It is such a marvelous holiday to me. We let the kids find Easter eggs in the grass yesterday, which they loved, and then have their Easter baskets this morning. Charlotte was in heaven with all of the chocolate. I made mini quiches for a quick brunch after Church, and for dinner we went to my Grandma’s and enjoyed being with family. My little Activity Day girls from primary sang Easter Hosanna in Sacrament meeting, and there were a few other beautiful musical numbers as well. In sharing time we learned about all the people who saw Jesus after his resurrection. Isaiah perked up and listened well; he absolutely loves the story of when Jesus died and was resurrected, appearing in the Garden to Mary.
