For my Mom's birthday party, I had Seth's family help me make almost 100 tissue paper flowers. They were great sports as I roped them into this task, and by the end I think they loved the project more than I did. Stella, Elena, Billie Jo, Caleb, and I formed an efficient assembly line to cut out, color edges, add stems, fluff petals, and arrange the colorful blooms in vases. They made perfect table decorations for our party and we had such fun coming up with wild color combinations like lime green carnations with red roses and bright pink and blue blossoms mixed in with pink-rimmed, white flowers. It was so fun to work on this joint creative project together. What a great family!
